Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media and Graphic Design)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Idea generation for new marketing strategies
  • Prepare marketing proposals
  • Content development for online media - writing articles, blog researching, content curation and posting
  • Manage social media platform use and management – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Assist with Facebook marketing and ad campaigns
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to effectively deliver, manage and report on digital and social marketing campaigns
  • Update website in Wordpress (not programming - just copy/text)
  • Edit and proofread material
  • Set up email campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Basic reporting on marketing effectiveness
  • Perform a thorough assessment of the client/clients’ business and target market and propose digital marketing strategies that will align with their set goals
  • Create presentations and document templates including but not limited to contracts, quote books, forms, etc.
  • Perform layout and graphic design for print and other traditional marketing materials such as signages, brochure, flyers, t shirt design
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or any related role
  • Experience in Social Media Management
  • Experience in preparing Marketing collaterals such as Brochures, Flyers, Proposals/Presentations
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools or software
  • WordPress or other CMS experience
  • Ideally with experience in applying marketing strategy in a business-to-business environment
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or other relevant degree is a plus
  • Australian exposure is an advantage
  • Experience in video editing is highly regarded 
  • Willing to undertake basic Admin tasks like contracts, quote books, forms, and similar
