Digital Marketing Team Lead (Day shift / Weekends off)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement strategies to increase online traffic of the Company.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans and strategies by interpreting performance data and recommending steps to further improve upon the Company’s marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Monitor conversion rates and improve website as necessary.
  • Use various techniques such as paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Manage overall social media strategies of the company.
  • Responsible for budgetary control of digital marketing.
  • Evaluate customer search, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Review new technology to keep the company up front on the latest digital marketing.
  • Ability to build, motivate and maintain a high performing team of content writers, graphic/video developer, SEO, Social Media marketing staff and programmers.
  • Ensure the whole team is able to produce high quality outputs that adhere to task briefs and deadlines.
  • Support lead generation activities through lead management, lead nurturing and qualifying leads.
  • Oversee marketing automation processes and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct quality checks and reviews of work completed by the team.
  • Strong strategic understanding of the digital business environment, and how websites and other assets should be used to drive and support business.
  • Proven track record in developing communication strategies and content intended for target business customers (B2B market).
  • Demonstrated experience with Social Media, search engine optimization, digital marketing and web, and social media analytics and tools.
  • Ability to clearly communicate actions through creative and innovative means.
  • High level grammatical proficiency, excellent creative copywriting.
  • Organized and systematic to meet deadlines, attention to detail in digital planning and execution.
  • Computer literate, thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Can work individually and manage a team.
  • Able to monitor website, social, email and lead generation performance and generate regular reports and data.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate of Bachelor Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration Management, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of time management, project management and Customer Relationship Management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
