Email Delivery Coordinator (Customer Service)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Primarily help in managing and organizing the flow of incoming email messages in a timely manner.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound electronic mail received by the organisation.
  • Receive emails, filter out spam and unwanted content, mange high volumes of email to assign based on certain conditions.
  • Add tags or other categories to each email for further processing and may include the ability to connect to remote databases and retrieve specific information about the email author and his/her transactions with the organisation.
  • Carry out administration tasks relating to email correspondence and reporting.
  • Reach out to Australian supervisors in timely manner to clarify exclusions
  • Update process documents related to email processing
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Business Admin or any related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Administration and / or Service Delivery.
  • Knowledge in using Google Suite / Outlook
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • An eye for detail
  • Knowledge of BPO Industry would be desirable
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
