Executive Assistant

Overview:

Beepo is a fast-growing BPO in Clark, Pampanga with an Employee Satisfaction rate of over 96%.

This position is a combination of executive support, project administration and resource scheduling. Job duties can include organising meetings, data entry and training staff members. You will need to perform tasks necessary to keep multiple projects running smoothly, such as task
management, records keeping, resource coordination, scheduling, and updating Microsoft Project.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Updating Microsoft Project and SharePoint
 Communicating with stakeholders
 Coordinating meetings
 Taking minutes
 Planning projects
 Updating the project calendar
 Creating and formatting documents
 Tracking projects
 General administration duties
 Project co-ordination for all projects via our MS Project and SharePoint
 Proactively reporting on task due dates, milestones.
 Personal Assistant duties

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
 Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience.
 Project Management / Administration or Business Administration.
 Business analysis, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum or similar training.
