Implementation and Support Consultant (with DataOps experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Participate in project teams to deliver Business Automation Solutions to clients.
  • Assist with workflow and integration design
  • Install and configure Business Process Automation software
  • Provide product training to clients
  • Update technical and project documentation
  • Deliver scheduled maintenance to clients (onsite and remote)
  • Assist with developing and delivering client demonstrations
  • Provide pre and post sales support including problem investigation, management and resolution
  • Preparation of project status reports, presentations, agendas etc. as required
  • Take an active part in the project issue/risk management process by contributing to the identification and prioritisation of existing and potential issues and risks and helping to develop strategies and controls to mitigate these.
  • Document writing including solution proposals, functional requirements and project plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Other tasks as directed
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience
  • IT cert III, IV or diploma
  • Experience as Data Ops and Implementation
  • Business analysis, project management or similar training
  • Experience – any combination of the following:
    • o Cloud Environments
    • o SQL Server and SQL Scripting
    • o Project Managemnt methodology experience, PMBOK, Prince 2, Waterfall, etc.
    • o Project/Program management/co-ordination involving scheduling of human and technical resources. E.g. IT Helpdesk.
    • o Process mapping, Lean manufacturing six sigma
    • o Document Capture experience in products such as Psi:Capture, ABBYY, Kofax, Readsoft or similar and / or
    • o Document / Content Management experience in systems such as SharePoint, FileBound, Therefore, Docushare, Laserfiche, M-Files, HP Trim or similar
  • A tenacious work ethic and enjoy delivering results on time
  • Good general knowledge of technology, including basic networking, hardware and
  • programming
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Fantastic people skills and have a high standard of personal presentation
  • Fanatical about customer service
  • Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
  • Think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Self motivated and strong sense of accountability
  • Experience as Azure certified professional / Azure Engineer is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
