Investment Operations Compliance Support (Admin Support)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage emails and follow up with clients or customers
  • File Management
  • Calendar Management.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Prepare regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Check different functions monthly
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Business Management, Office Administration, or related
  • At least 1 year of Admin experience preferably in a compliance-related role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Apps
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Investment experience and knowledge of markets would be an advantage
