Lead Generator/Data Researcher (Lead Generation and Marketing Background)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Lead Generation Tasks
  • Develop and maintain the database for the company ensuring that all new entries are of acceptable standard of accuracy and detail
  • Maintain records for Business development purposes
  • Initially work on 200+ government departments in Canberra
  • Research and call people to get information or details of people in Senior Project levels. Get the name, contact information, email and other relevant information
  • Enter gathered information in the system to be used by the team
  • Prepare and generate reports including but not limited to charts, graphs, or similar
  • Establish conversations for business to business transactions
Sourcing Task
  • Partner with Recruiters and assist with candidate sourcing for IT/Technical roles when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Business Management or related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in Data Mining/Data Research or Lead Generation
  • Headhunting experience
  • Confident and comfortable in making outbound calls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Create data report from scratch, graphs / charts)
  • Basic Marketing experience such as posting content in LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Experience in using any CRM
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Bubbly personality with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Recruitment background is good to have
  • Preferably with JobAdder experience
