Level 2 Technical Support (MS Servers and Office 365)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide the highest level of service to customers via phone, email and chat
  • Process support tickets and provide remote technical support to customers and the internal team
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Servers
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration tasks
  • Prioritize and schedule issues
  • Document and log all tasks into the Ticketing system including all successful/unsuccessful decisions made, actions taken through to final resolution
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
  • At least 3 years experience in an IT Support role
  • Experience with Microsoft Servers
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • Experience dealing with Ticketing system - auto task general task logging time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service to clients
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Self-motivated and with a strong sense of accountability
