Licensing Solutions Customer Service Representative (Sales Admin)

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Sales Support Responsibilities & Competencies
  • Contribute to team’s sales productivity by reducing AEM/AM administrative workload
  • Manage customer sales queries, identify opportunities and convert to sale, or delegate where appropriate
  • Model solutions and quotations to provide options and recommendations for customers and AEM/AM
  • Meet outbound response metrics as set and measured on a monthly basis
  • Resolve quote and order issues through proactive contact with both customers and partners as required
  • Maximise promotions and incentive programs to drive upsell and profitability
  • Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities
  • Respond to inbound telephone calls, emails and IMs promptly and efficiently
  • Positively manages internal relationships
  • Perform other duties as requested to support the SWS sales team
Customer Influence & Impact
  • Provide a sales support experience that drives customer loyalty (repeat business, more business, willingness to recommend the company as a preferred supplier)
  • In conjunction with AEM/AM investigate and resolve customer or partner problems to devise solutions to solve challenges
Partner Alignment
  • Ensure knowledge of partner products and programs is current and up-to-date
  • Build and maintain partner relationships to establish trust and grow success
  • Achieve and maintain sales vendor certifications
  • Ability to comprehend and leverage vendor tools and systems
Operational Excellence
  • Prepare customer business transaction reports
  • Ensure customer and sales data is current and accurate
  • Work within sales/presales and services solution engagement processes
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 2 years in Sales Administration with Customer Support experience, preferably in a BPO set up
  • Strong Administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Customer support attitude / Customer focused
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Detailed with excellent organisational skills 
  • Highly confident in speaking up, honest and assertive
  • Proven track record of Integrity in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer and vendor relationships
  • Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win/win situation
  • Closing skills or the aptitude to learn these skills
  • Efficient collaboration skills with internal / external customers and cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, telephone manner and customer orientation
  • Ability to measures self against standardization of excellence
  • Ability to not only start business relationships, but to have the drive, attitude and ability to maintain and grow
  • Ability to contribute to the overall strategic priorities of the organisation
  • Ideally with IT product knowledge, specifically Microsoft and Symantec products 
  • Experience / knowledge of the channels: customer, vendor, suppliers, reseller, distributor would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
