Marketing Admin Support (Australian Real Estate Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research real estate industry news feeds, monitor other social accounts for newsworthy posts, content and insight bringing what you feel is relevant to the Principals attention for approval to incorporate in social media content and newsletter content
  • Brand compliance and ensure group and agency branding is compliant to guidelines at all times
  • Database management as required
  • Creating marketing material i.e. brochures and magazines for the office for sales
  • Help with various marketing initiatives across the business based on a yearly calendar of events, i.e. monthly newsletters, quarterly Principal’s letters, Anniversary appraisals, etc
  • Implementing print collateral, advertising, social media and digital strategies (website)
  • Design preparation for e-newsletters, flyers, sign boards, mail cards, social media ideas, etc
  • Managing new listings marketing material and websites as per vendor paid advertising requirements
  • Managing publications to different media sites (magazine and newspapers)
  • Preparing suburb flyover reports
  • Daily check-ins and weekly meetings via video conferencing with Office Manager, Principal, Account Manager, Sales Agents
  • Creating process documents for the office, covering sales admin and marketing.
  • Managing company website, Facebook account and several Sales Agents’ Social Media Pages ie Facebook/LinkedIn
  • Telemarketing around new and sold listings
  • Updating agents’ databases and managing annual appraisals
  • Assisting with community projects and support sponsored by the company
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, is highly regarded
  • 2+ plus year’s relevant business experience in a real estate environment ideally in a marketing capacity
  • Graphic design experience with InDesign or similar programs
  • Website marketing management/social media management including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Experience with online real estate advertising is a plus!
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google G-Suite
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • The ability to follow instructions, work on time critical tasks, multi-task and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • A strong attention to detail and high accountability to accuracy
  • Ability to use initiative to put forward proposed marketing ideas
  • A motivated team player with a willingness to help others with a flexible manner understanding things can change very quickly at times
  • Punctual, reliable and flexible
  • Accountable and takes ownership of tasks and role
  • Excellent written knowledge of the English language is essential
  • Strong written & spoken English
