Marketing and Sales Admin

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Write adverts (templated) and post online from start to finish
  • Book photographer for marketing jobs
  • Upload buyer’s information into database (CRM)
  • Book for open inspections
  • Data entry and database management emails
  • Assist in basic Marketing administration tasks (e.g. Newsletters, Campaigns, Social Media Accounts etc.)
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with Sales and Marketing staff
  • General Sales and Marketing Administration duties
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 year experience as Sales or Marketing Admin
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and previous CRM management experience
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Honest, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Able to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
  • Ability to work to an ideal week and prioritize urgent tasks
  • Ability to reach targets and maintain consistency in KPI’s set
  • Have a good understanding of social media (all platforms).
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
  • Previous experience in any CRM
