Marketing and Sales Support

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CRM and ensure that it is updated regularly in partnership with the Sales team
  • Check CRM for quotes older than 6 months and send emails to reestablish connection
  • Follow up with clients as needed to provide high customer service
  • Contact Points in sales process assisting to managing database, and pipeline
  • Manage phone calls and take messages for call back for Aus based team - overflow
  • Act as backup website chat support in busy times to improve response times
  • Post in Ebay, Facebook and other social media sites (few hours a month)
  • Support the Online Sales Manager and handle additional tasks as required
  • Research content for sales campaigns
  • Collate information for sales proposals and contracts and assit in preperation if required
  • Manage commission claims and other reporting as directed.
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing Admin, Customer Service or Sales Support role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Admin/Business/Marketing or similar qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and online tools
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong work ethic
  • Can work with minimum supervision
