Marketing Assistant w/ Graphic Design

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Running and overseeing marketing campaigns.
  • Booking and finalising media and web advertising.
  • Compilation of Executive Summaries, marketing proposals and presentations.
  • Maintaining, adding and searching of property listings.
  • Researching and sourcing quantitative and qualitative property information using websites and other relevant sources.
  • Administration management of various sales campaigns.
  • Maintaining workplace administration duties including minutes, statistics and other tracking activities.
  • Preparing agency documentation.
  • Preparing weekly marketing reports.
  • Preparing weekly team meetings and associated action taking and follow up.
  • Managing files of demographics, plans and property specifications.
  • Compiling and maintaining relevant databases and brochure/information mail-outs.
  • Preparing Sales & Purchase Agreements and other property industry legal documentation as required.
  • Compiling, coordinating and assisting client pitches, submissions and market overviews.
  • Organising events for the team and clients.
  • Implementing company ordinances and new procedures.
  • Completing training and further education modules (where applicable).
  • Deal recording and reporting.
  • Sale track records.
  • Creating and monitoring of marketing budgets through Campaign track.
  • Designing and releasing of advertising and signage through campaign track.
  • Booking and organising taking photos of property listings.
  • Working to media deadlines.
  • Ensuring company’s branding guidelines are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing or a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication and/or relevant work experience.
  • Graphic design skills with experience with Photoshop and InDesign.
  • High competence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel; you will be trained in the use of Campaign Track.
  • Intermediate level competence in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong presentation skills and high attention to detail, ensuring production of consistent, quality reports, submissions and brochures.
  • Ability to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external clients, providing service
    excellence at all times.
  • Ability to manage multiple, multi-layered projects, prioritise, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on early morning shift.
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
