Marketing Support (WordPress Administration, Digital Marketing/SEO)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Marketing Tasks
  • Results for customers across SEO and Social Media Marketing
  • Conducting weekly feedback calls
  • Managing the website provision process through WordPress
  • Managing customer marketing campaigns
Customer Support and Lead Generation (Trainable)
  • Calling leads who have signed up on the website
  • Contacting potential clients and recording accurate customer details
  • Replying to clients via telephone, email, SMS
  • Educate customers with the benefits of using our tools and services
  • Account Management and Business Development
  • Reporting regularly to management of work completed and following up for the next day
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge about the Restaurant Industry by doing research and
  • listening to podcasts
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in running Facebook campaigns
  • At least 1 year WordPress Administration
  • SEO and Campaign Management experience
  • Extensive working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Proficiency in Packages including MYOB
  • A smart, proactive person keen to grow their career into a management role
  • Able to take ownership of issues and excellent communicators
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and use initiative

  • A passion for learning about Marketing
  • Experience in customer service, lead generation and sales would be an advantage
