Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Call our existing database to help clients with bookings etc. – if not offer a voucher to be added in the CRM.
  • Check and follow up with customer feedback.
  • Handle incoming sales leads.
  • Manage email and chat traffic; Answer sales emails or chat – objective is to book a job straight
    into our booking software.
  • Keep records of relevant conversations in the CRM.
  • Make sure CRM has updated contact and job information.
  • Perform data mining and data entry tasks.
  • Generate daily reporting on KPIs.
  • Perform marketing work - background in Internet / digital marketing is a plus.
  • Conduct fleet management
Qualifications & Experience:
We believe the following personal attributes will help the person in the role to be successful. It’s also important to be able to deal with negative responses from customers who don't want to talk to you, and above all, you must enjoy the buzz of working under pressure and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in customer service or support role
  • Exposure to Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing and sales approach
  • Must be flexible in different tasks such as taking incoming and outgoing calls and processing documentation.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Must be open to training and receptive to feedback including coaching and real-time corrections
  • Should know how to build rapport with customers and make them comfortable, delighted and happy
  • Polite, friendly and always with a happy disposition (being rude never gets you anywhere)
  • Lots of initiative.
  • A positive attitude.
  • The ability to think on your feet.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Good at feeding back client needs / requirements.
  • Looks for opportunities to serve clients better - in form of design and usage of the service.
  • Able to push or ask for information without appearing pushy or manipulative.
  • Good time manager / prioritizing / organized.
  • Confident to ask for the sale and close opportunities through email or phone.
  • Knowledge of competitors / other products / industry’s best practice.
  • Experience in Office 365 or MS Office.
  • Must be willing to work in the early morning shift 2 AM or 3 AM PH Time.
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
