Property Management Assistant (Australian Real Estate)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Tenancy Agreements
  • Prepare and Process Contracts for Lease Renewals
  • Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or vendors
  • Identify tenants with approaching end of contract
  • Database clean up by merging bios or deleting duplicates
  • Schedule routine inspections and provide advisory of inspection plan
  • Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
  • Work on other Property Management tasks as instructed
  • Manage the AIRBNB account including guest communication
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Property Management Assistant in the Australian Real Estate industry
  • Previously worked as a Virtual Assistant
  • Experience in customer support and interacting with third party vendors or suppliers
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and any Customer relationship management (CRM) software preferably PropertyMe  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good at taking instructions and speaking up if they don’t understand
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new software and administrative tasks effectively
  • Honest, reliable, proactive, with a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Able to show good attention to detail, work on time critical tasks, multi-task and adhere to deadline
  • Can work autonomously and someone who is self-driven
