Property Management Assistant (Australian Real Estate Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration tasks of the Property Management team
  • Receive applications from prospective tenants and perform reference checks
  • Produce and issue lease renewals/agreements
  • Receive repair and maintenance requests and create/track the necessary work orders
  • Perform virtual routine inspections
  • Assist with few Marketing administrative tasks
  • Interact with tenants and/or landlords when required
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with the Property Management team.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • ​Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience working as a Property Management Assistant in the Australian Real Estate industry
  • ​Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • ​Previously worked in any Virtual Admin roles
  • Experience in customer suppor​t and interacting with 3rd party vendors/suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle corrections and have self-responsibility
  • Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt & prioritize across multiple tasks and unexpected situations
  • Exceptional people skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Experience in using PropertyTree would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
