Property Management Assistant (Australian Real Estate Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create rental appraisal price letters when required
  • Push properties live on portals
  • Update the status of properties once leased
  • Book in photo shoots and ICR reports
  • Provide assistance to the Operations Manager when required
  • Update the listing management tracker
  • Complete Email and SMS communications to clients throughout the listed to live process
  • Draft lease renewals for existing tenants when approaching end of contract
  • Complete pre-list proposals
  • Design Web Books and fact sheets when required
  • Lodge Bonds and follow up on bond payments
  • Tenancy screening and applications
  • Create new tenancy agreements
  • Schedule routine inspections
  • Set up new properties for management including assigning fees
  • Set up tenancies on PropertyMe
  • Calculate rental reviews
  • Create CMA’S when required
  • Response to leasing enquiries
  • Rent reviews
  • Data auditing when required
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks when required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an equivalent role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Able to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Able to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements
  • Honest, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Background in any of the following software will be an added advantage: Agentbox, Sorted, Inspection Express
  • PropertyMe experience and other Property Management software would be an advantage
