Property Management Assistant (PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive applications from prospective clients and verify if requirements are complete
  • Communicate with tenancy applicants and provided references
  • Screen prospective tenants in databases
  • Follow up on tenants with arrears
  • Schedule routine inspections and provide advisory of inspection plan
  • Receive repair and maintenance requests
  • Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or vendors
  • Produce and issue lease renewals
  • PCR update typing 
  • Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Property Management Assistant in the Australian Real Estate industry
  • Experience in working as a Virtual Assistant (either solely or part of a team)
  • Experience in using Property Me Software and Inspect Real Estate software
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Highly organised and able to prioritize workload according to business requirements  
  • Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
  • Able to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements  
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
  • Someone who has positive attitude, happy and resilient
  • Experience in Maintenance and Repairs, routine inspection scheduling, Lease Renewals and Tenancy Application Processing would be an advantage
