Property Management Assistant (REST and Filesmart Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Draft lease renewals and rent reviews for existing tenants with approaching end of contract
  • Process invoices for rent and utilities
  • Follow up on tenants with arrears
  • Schedule routine inspections and provide advisory of inspection plan
  • Manage commercial outgoings diary
  • Ensure communications are all responded to within a timely manner
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
  • Manage multiple software applications
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Property Management Assistant or Accounts Administration role in the Australian Real Estate industry
  • Must have experience using REST property management software and FileSmart
  • Experience in MYOB accounting software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is an advantage
  • Honest, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
  • Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
