Property Management Assistant with Accounting Background

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage account related duties between different areas of the business
• Communicate and report on status of accounts
• Process Receipts, bank statements, reconciliation and end of month reports
• Property Management administration tasks such as lease renewals, arrears management and maintenance support.
• Liaise with internal staff and third-party suppliers to identify errors or things that need attention on invoices
• Update database regularly on status of all work
• Support accounts team with general administrative tasks/ ad hoc when needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of Accounting or Accounting Technology
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience within the Real Estate industry
• Ideally with Customer Service experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Experience in using Cirrus 8 software would be an advantage
• Ability to adapt to new tools or software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
• Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
