Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Identify, engage and advise high calibre talent with an emphasis on candidate and customer experience
  • Leverage existing talent pools and work towards creating new ones through market research and various sourcing methods
  • Be consultative and build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work with respective Account Managers and understand job requirements to identify talent
  • Create brilliant, stand out job ads, screen and perform reference checks and lead generation
  • Use Social Media, Job Boards, Job Ads to identify and attract talent
  • Conduct phone screening interviews across different roles using behavioral and situational questions to evaluate skill set, values fit, and past experience based on provided job requirements
  • Work closely with the team and provide proactive and timely communication on the status of each role
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related
  • Sourcing experience 
  • Good Customer Service skills/Sales background
  • Good understanding of candidate selection methods and of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Ability to understand and follow job brief
  • Familiar with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as JobAdder, Beeline, Fieldglass or similar
  • Experience in managing different job portals 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good phone etiquette with ability to be conversational
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute upon priorities with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic
  • Persistence, resilient drive, and determination to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally with Client communication experience
  • IT/Technical Recruitment experience would be regarded as advantageous
