Recruitment Virtual Assistant – LinkedIn Recruiter Knowledge (Australian BPO)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Candidate sourcing for top talent as per role given
  • Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
  • Oversee automation tools and ad hoc freelancer tasks
  • Take transcription and handle correspondence
  • Prepare and send out email newsletters
  • Handle client inquiries email
  • Data entry in the CRM, Applicant Tracking System
  • LinkedIn and email replies/filtering
  • Find and post Social media content (Facebook, Twitter, ​LinkedIn)
  • Support the founder and over time partner with other remote team members and Recruitment Consultants
  • Do administrative works related to candidate sourcing such as database building, building network of candidates in LinkedIn, and writing Job Ads
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in candidate sourcing and screening
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Should be Tech Savvy - Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You have the ability to work remotely and still be incredibly successful
  • Naturally curious. You’re innovative, extremely creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
  • Obsessive about candidate experience. You’re self-aware, ​well-spoken on the phone,​ and eloquent in emails. You’re respectful of the candidate and the stressful process a job hunt can be
  • You’re a charismatic people person who can talk to anyone; you’re flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world
  • You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues
  • A utility player. You’re willing to help out wherever needed
  • Experience with automation tools/software would be an advantage
  • Accounting background or Bookkeeping experience would be nice to have
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
