Overview:

Beepo is a fast-growing BPO in Clark, Pampanga with an Employee Satisfaction rate of over 96%.

You will need great English communication skills, both written and verbal. Work hours are during the day. This Role would suit a customer focused and process driven individual with an excellent work ethic.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● General office administration duties.
● Uploading the properties and then marking them when they have sold.
● Order the signage for new listings.
● Proof brochures and assist with advertising.
● Pre list preparation and administration.
● Social media and work with Real Hub and My Desktop duties.
● Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required.
● Data collection (Contact number, clients, vendors & purchasers).
● Removing duplicates from database.
● Merging of data for Spreadsheets for calling.
● Database cleansing- Outbound calls for data cleansing, lead generation and email subscriptions.

Essential Skills & Experience:
● Honest, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
● Confident personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to adapt to change.
● Basic social media experience.
● Skilled in Microsoft Office and previous CRM management experience.
● Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively.
● Able to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail.
● Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility.
● Able to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements.
● A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
● Experience in payroll & MYOB is an advantage.
