Sales Administration Assistant (AU Real Estate and MOVE CRM)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the current Sales Administrator
  • Processing and entering new listings, marketing for new properties
  • Processing sold properties which includes liaison with buyers, sellers, settlement agents as well as following through to settlement
  • Database management
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Administration Assistant in the Australian Real Estate industry
  • Experience in working as a Virtual Assistant (either solely or part of a team)
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience in using MOVE software
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to details
  • Someone who has positive attitude, happy and resilient
