Sales and Admin Specialist


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a people centric, customer focused business. Beepo is newly established BPO in Clark.
You will need excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.  Work hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.  You will be encouraged in your role by a friendly and supportive team who will work with you to achieve your career goals.  As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be able to apply your problem solving and higher-order thinking skills whilst contributing to the team, and wider business, goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The completion of cleaning large amounts of data within set timeframes; demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
  • Utilising multiple software programs including but not limited to BuildingLink, HappyFox, Pipedrive CRM, Canva, Slack and Microsoft Excel
  • Effective case load management and time management
  • Dealing with a variety of incoming client requests and responding in a timely manner
  • Applying learned knowledge across different contexts
  • Communicating with clarity to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and in an environment with evolving processes to help contribute to the achievement of business goals
  • Ability to seek advice/clarification when appropriate/needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Working in environments under ethical operation norms and following operative processes
  • Experience working in a team environment and a proven capacity to contribute effectively to same
  • Exceptional English skills, especially written communication
  • Proven capacity for transmitting ideas and instructions precisely, cohesively, and clearly
  • Proven ability to understand, articulate or solve complex situations by making decisions based on available information
  • Demonstrated awareness and the mental capacity to maintain clarity, time management, and efficiency in problem solving under pressure from time and quality expectations
  • Capacity to identify with the client's interests,and contribute to the sentiment of belonging necessary considering the importance of managing client account information with sensitivity.
