Sales Assistant

Duties​ ​and​ ​Responsibilities:

● Update, generate, and track leads
● Research contact information of provided bios
● Create diaries for sales agents
● Assist in online marketing
● Send out email campaigns
● Manage social media accounts
● Format property profile in portals
● Draft appraisals and property pre-occupation forms
● Finalise sales agreement
● Track progress of hand overs
● Conduct buyer surveys
● Perform bank reconciliation
● Import files from portal to another online tool
● Month-end and end financial year process
● Generate income and expenditure statements
● Create landlord or tenant invoice
● Check any outstanding invoices

Qualifications​ ​and​ ​Experience:

● Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to follow through
● Strong data entry skills (Ideally you would have had data cleansing experience/admin skills)
● Ability to take direction and adapt to different technologies and software.
● Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility.
● Ability to identify opportunity and create appointment opportunities
● High phone energy level
● Motivated to get through high number of calls and previous experience doing so
● Strong relationship building skills - ability to interact on a call.
● A passion for interacting with different personalities
● Excellent communication skills & professional phone manner
● Ability to thrive under pressure and show resilience
● Ability to question effectively, listen to and understand prospective client needs and wants
