Sales Contract Admin (Australian Real Estate, DocuSign & Salesforce CRM)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and confirm relevant documents required for each sale
  • Prepare contract of Sale and peripherals as required for upcoming property tours
  • Amend Contract Documents to include
    • Particulars of Sale
    • Reference schedule for Contract Sale
    • Particulars for Sale Contract and Build Contracts
  • Fill and amend deposit due dates and settlement dates on required documents
  • Insert subject to finance conditions and other amendments relevant to the Sale
  • Fill and complete additional documentation relevant to the Contract of Sale as directed by Sales Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Contracts Administration in the Australian Real Estate industry
  • Knowledge and experience with Docusign and Salesforce (CRM)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Someone who is happy to take instructions, proactive and know the priorities
  • Has good attention to detail and flexible
  • Contract Administration experience in Queensland is an advantage
  • Ideally with knowledge and experience with related Property Sale documents
