Team Administrator (EA and Sales)

Overview:

Beepo is a fast-growing BPO in Clark, Pampanga with an Employee Satisfaction rate of over 96%.
  
You will need great English communication skills, both written and verbal. Work hours are during the day, with a 7am start
time and end at 4pm.
  
The successful candidate will report directly to the Office Manager and the Leadership team and undertake a variety of administrative tasks in a well organised and timely manner, ensuring the team have adequate support to work more efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting the Executive Team
 Conserving the team’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting emails and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating communications.
 Inbox management - dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails Attending meetings as required and assigning or actioning agreed outcomes.
 Calendar Management - Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
 Manage phone calls and correspondence.
 Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
 Other general admin tasks as required.

Supporting Sales
 Supporting the team with the end to end customer/prospect lifecycle, including relationship management to deliver mutual outcomes and targets to help reach the team’s sales objectives.
 Sales administrative operations including.
o Supporting the Leads and Qualification processes.
o Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
o Liaising directly with customers and prospects to progress sales opportunities.
o Drafting, sending and following up a high volume of quotations & proposals.
o Tender writing.
 Reporting sales results to the sales team.
 Be an advocate for our customers, advising on best practices including vision & strategy, roadmap, success metrics, adoption, process and governance.

Supporting Marketing Initiatives
 Assist the Office Manager with Marketing including
o Creating and updating relevant content
o Management of Social Media channels
o Organising events/ meetings
  
Requirements:

● Proven experience as an office administrator at a senior level.
● Proven experience supporting a Sales team.
● Ability to manage and balance a number of prioritised tasks at the same time.
● Proven leadership skills.
● Self-motivated, driven, flexible and adaptable.
● Outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Excellent technology adoption capability.
● Well versed with CRM systems.
● Problem solving and strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy.
● Team player with ability to think proactively and follow through with action.
● Salesforce and Marketing administration experience is desirable but not required.
