Sales Support (MYOB Experience, Invoicing and Customer Support)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing customers from Connectwise
  • Ensure quotes and amendments to quotes are completed on a daily basis
  • Invoicing customers including discussing to them invoice contents
  • Ordering of stock on a daily basis or as required
  • Invoicing Customers for stock on a daily basis
  • Management of stock
  • Oversee return of faulty stock
  • Checking and approving employees timesheets
  • Weekly and monthly service billings to be completed according to company guidelines
  • Enter customer payments into MYOB and tracking Receivables
  • Keep Receivables to acceptable levels according to company guidelines
  • Organise monthly events for the team
  • Reporting any irregularities in data to management
  • Auditing engineer compliance with company policies
  • Liaising with customers in regards to enquiries
  • Coordinate with the team
  • Work towards KPIs
  • Other projects and tasks as directed
  • Conduct weekly customer feedback calls
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Information Technology or industry related experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Background in working for an IT company or IT experience
  • Extensive working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficiency in CRM Packages including MYOB
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • A smart, proactive person keen to grow their career into a management role
  • Able to take ownership of issues and be excellent communicators
  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and use initiative
  • Strong and Effective Team Player
  • Ideally with experience in the following applications – Connectwise, Labtech
  • Knowledge of Information Technology equipment preferred
  • Managed Services background would be an advantage
