Salesforce Administrator

Overview:

Beepo is fast growing BPO in the Clark, Pampanga specialising in Marketing, Sales and Administration services.

Our team consists of specialist team members who help clients navigate through the variety of challenges from defining customer strategies, modelling the business from the outside-in, refining business processes and culture to implementing customer focused solutions from Salesforce. You will benefit from working on some really challenging projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Clarify customer requirements with consultants in order to elicit, analyse, and validate needs, write user cases and scenarios.
● Configuration process from functional design documentation and under the direction of a Senior Salesforce Consultant, updating design documents, and review process.
● Participate in the configuration, implementation and support of solutions as directed by Senior Salesforce Consultants, while gaining understanding of business and project outcomes.
● Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with direction within the role within a changing business environment.
● Assist with troubleshooting and filtering product development issues including bugs, configuration and documentation discrepancies.
● Work within the broader team to ensure end-to- end delivery of supportable solutions.
● Contribute to the business’s (and your own) success in a fantastically positive and supportive culture.

Qualifications and Experience:
● 1-3 years of experience as an Administrator
● Certified Salesforce ADM201
● Business experience, preferably working in SaaS environment.
● Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging business analysis skills
● Excellent time management and prioritisation.
● Great Communication (written and oral).
● Strong discipline and accuracy in making notes and keeping records.
● A personable, honest and outgoing personality.
● The proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
