Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Configuration/Customer Support)

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Clarify customer requirements with consultants in order to elicit, analyse, and validate needs, write user stories and scenarios
  • Participate in the configuration, implementation, and support of solutions as directed by Salesforce Consultants, while gaining an understanding of business and project outcomes
  • Complete Salesforce configuration based on functional design documentation and under the direction of the Salesforce Consultants, updating design documents and reviewing processes
  • Assist with troubleshooting and filtering product development issues including bugs, configuration and documentation discrepancies
  • Work with the development team to quality assure custom coded solutions including writing test scenarios based on business process, validating scenario test/failure and communicating issues with the development team
  • Manage Service desk to ensure customer SLA’s are adhered to
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1-3 years Salesforce Admin experience in a complex organization
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of solutions
  • Outstanding ability to build customer relationships
  • Incredible customer focused mind
  • Great communication both verbal and written
  • High levels of initiative
  • Strong discipline and accuracy

  • Super-efficient organisation and time management
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging business analysis skills
  • Experience in a service industry or business experience, preferably in SaaS environment would be an advantage

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferable.
