Senior Loan Processor w/ Australian background – Clark, Pampanga

The Loan Processor Subject Matter Expert position has a focus on learning and development for those wanting to progress their career.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Train staff in AU Mortgage Broking and new client on-boarding.
  • Participate in the hiring process when needed.
  • Assist in the successful delivery of application processing throughout the free trial.
  • Conduct required training type to current staff (eg, up-training, refreshers, product, targeted software)
  • Serve as first level and hands-on support to the Loan Processors.
  • Plan, prepare, and ensure all training logistics are ready.
  • Continuously self-learn industry regulations and processes to ensure staff compliance.
  • Create engaging training materials for software tools and processes.
  • Assist in staff training as well as with documentation of client processes, policies and procedures.
  • Translate client documentation to training materials
  • Coordinate training sessions with immediate supervisor and abide by the training checklists.
  • Improve internal processes and checklists as seen fit.
  • Assess and track staff’s learning progress.
  • Provide applicable training to staff with performance issues on technical competencies.
  • Participate in evaluating new hires and current staff performance and competencies to provide feedback and recommendations.
  • Takeover live tasks of unavailable team member, as required. Eg, staff on long term leave, staff on work abandonment, staff termination due to performance, or any other ground deliberated by the Senior Trainer and Team Leaders.
  • Assist and work with staff on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
  • Proficient and knowledgeable with commonly used Loan Processing Software and CRMs to function as one of the initial filters in task and product related queries.
  • Actively participate in team process calibration.
  • Liaise with existing team members and team leaders for any necessary process calibration and submit required reportings.
  • Support the Client Experience Team in upskilling the loan processors.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in AU Mortgage Broking is highly desirable
  • Experience in the BPO industry
  • Background in training design and delivery
  • Proven ability to be a high achiever in a customer service environment.
  • Technology savvy and early adopter
  • Strong learning environment focused background ideally with experience in Australian Mortgage Broking
  • Passion for training Administrative Assistants and Customer Service Agents
  • A high level of personal presentation
  • Outstanding English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level of personal presentation and engaging personality
  • High attention to detail
  • Willing to be trained and coached
