SEO Specialist – Clark, Pampanga

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create effective paid and organic search strategies
  • Analyse and review SEO strategies and collaborate with content creators to ensure effectivity
  • Implement SEO related changes to website within Wordpress
  • Identify opportunities for engaging content
  • Analyse website for SEO improvements on off site
  • Able to assess competitor’s SEO and website performance as well as regularly monitor their rankings, content and changes
  • Create implement URL structure strategies
  • Assist with ongoing keyword research to identify short and long-tail keyword opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance on Google for target keywords to identify opportunities
  • Research and analyse competitor backlink profiles
  • Execute best practice whitehat link building strategies
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly created website pages
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting for key SEO metrics through reporting tools
  • Able to provide both high-level and granular SEO reports that is both visual and relevant.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations on how to further improve upon website’s overall performance
  • Management of data, lead scoring and workflows in Hubspot
  • Setup manage Google Analytics, Tag Manager search console for each client
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years of SEO experience
  • Demonstrated success in implementing outreach/post sponsored posts (link building) strategy to deliver SEO improvements
  • Deep experience with website analysis using a variety tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console as well as internal reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Up to date with latest best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Experience with website optimization tools such as Ahrefs/SEM Rush
  • Excellent in English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have an in-depth understanding of SEO copywriting and content structure
  • Able to make use of CRM and CMS systems and tools is preferred
  • Previous use of Hubspot would be ideal
