SIRA Analyst & Fuel Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviewing Day-sheets
  • Examine day-sheets to ensure that site operators are capturing the required data such as pump sales, eftpos sales and shop-sales
  • Identify issues and follow up at site-level, as required
SIRA Analysis (SIRA – Statistical Inventory Reconciliation Analysis)
  • Performing as the primary contact for providing analytical aid, optimisation and troubleshooting of the fuel analysis system
  • Reviewing site level data, focusing on failed and inconclusive sites
  • Viewing and analysing fuel variances for leaks, losses, tank and line integrity, delivery accuracy and miss calibrated meters
  • Investigating causes of continuous loss and site outages
  • Working with pump repair department and advising on pump calibration, tank test etc.
  • Daily fuel monitoring of all sites with low tolerance
  • Presenting a monthly report on minimum tolerance to the General Manager Fuel Finance
  • Manage third-party provider EMS and oversee Admin Support
Spot Checks & Dip Tests 
  • Helping area managers and retail auditors with spot checks (meter problem, fuel variances)
  • Contacting site operators about dip tests and troubleshooting, as required
WYSE Database Administration (5% Time Allocation)
  • Setting up new sites in WYSE, guiding sites and training them
  • Pump match changes
Pricing Support (5% Time Allocation)
  • Pricing support on weekends (alternating days)
