Sr. Digital Marketing (Sales)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and maximise sales lead generation through Social Media, Digital and Web based platforms
  • Pursuit of leads generated through digital enquiries
  • Marketing opportunities and advertisements placed through Digital and Social Media platforms
  • Perusal of Digital and Social Media platforms to source sales leads and opportunities
  • Coordinate follow-up activities with direct Sales representatives
  • Update data of customer accounts through CRM
  • Receive and follow-up of customer requests
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Know the company’s mission and values with respect to HS&E non-negotiable behaviours and performance
  • Participate in the company’s Safety first culture and report all unsafe acts and observations

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing)
  • Experience in Social Media, Web and CRM
  • Technology-Oriented
  • KPI and Results-Oriented
  • Digital Sales, Web based Sales, Social Media platforms awareness with Sales focus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Track record of success in Digital commercial platforms
