Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide a support function to the Senior TA Specialist in their designated area – volume/technical. 
  • Source candidates through various TA channels and proactively manage the candidates lifecycle through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Job Adder.
  • Phone Screen and schedule applicants for an interview with the Senior TA Specialist / Client Experience Team.
  • Facilitate basic test / client specific skills test.
  • Manage on site interviews - meet and greet candidates and endorse them to Sr. TA Specialist / Client Experience Team.
  • Prepare snapshots of all shortlisted candidates, staff presentation of all new hires using Adobe Suite.
  • Conduct background checks and make sure all candidates are cleared before the Client interview.
  • Participate in Job Fairs and other TA activities.
  • Update all necessary reports real time - KPI, New JO Closed, JobAdder etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate of Psychology / Marketing / Management
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Google Applications and MS Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proactive and Confident
  • Willing and flexible to ever changing needs of the Team/Company
Nice To Have / Trainable Skills
  • Ideally with BPO / Australian AU exposure
  • Experience in JobAdder or any ATS
  • Experience in Adobe Suite
