As a result of continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about strategic sourcing and connecting the best talent in market with fantastic opportunities in a diverse portfolio.
 
About the role
Working closely with our 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists and partnering with our Australian based HR Consultant, you’ll take the lead for designing and executing proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles and creating centralised functions to ensure the delivery of a strong candidate pipeline.  This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team and day shift hours.
 
More Specifically you will:
  • Build on the current attraction and recruitment strategy.
  • Oversee and refine the entire recruitment process.
  • Lead a highly engaged and efficient team through a metrics based approach.
  • Develop creative sourcing & selection strategies to proactively pipeline diverse top talent.
  • Build and maintain key talent pools for repeat and critical roles.
  • Share market insights with managers and clients.
  • Initiate and demonstrate proactive candidate management strategies.
  • Contribute to employment branding initiatives.
  • Report on metrics and performance, analysing trends with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Design, develop and implement automation in candidate management, selection and reporting areas using ATS (Jobadder) and other testing tools.
  • Become an expert with our Applicant Tracking System - Job Adder, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Skills and Experience
This role requires demonstrated capabilities in developing a thorough understanding of job requirements and corresponding job descriptions, keeping communication channels open between candidates and the business, and tailoring recruitment strategies for each hire.  Success will be measured against delivery of quality candidates whilst working within time to fill KPI’s.
 
To succeed you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a commercial, Business or HR related discipline.
  • Significant recruitment experience, at least 5 in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience creating, leading or standardising a best practise recruitment process.
  • Proven ability driving performance and meeting deliverables in a high performing team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Impeccable ability to build strong working relationships and thrive in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Ability to use data strategically to educate and influence outcomes.
  • Passion for finding the best talent in the world.
