Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customers’ queries in real-time
- Work directly with customers to solve end-user issues and answer questions
- Use live chat software to be able to attend to customers concerns
- Drive the conversation toward a defined resolution, they're experts in having meaningful conversations with customers.
- Also, help drive leads, convert and retain customers by answering a simple question or two.
- Record and document each question or problem as well as each respective answer or solution
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of IT or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience in Chat Support
- Customer service background
- Basic Troubleshooting background
- Problem-solving skills and good attitude
