Training Admin Assistant

The Learning and Education Coordinator exists to provide an administrative resource to the Learning and Education team. This role combines both the administrative needs of the team and manages the internal and external communications with learners, clients, team leads and employees.
The role allows for Learning and Education Consultants to focus on designing and delivering content rather then the administrative element to the team.
This role will ensure that people, resources and systems are allocated to training sessions. It will also assist clients and internal employees to access systems. By having an administrator available clients will have quicker access to the training needed for their day to day tasks.
You will need great English communication skills, both written and verbal. Work hours are during the day, with a 6am start time and 3pm finish.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and resource customer and employee learning programs
  • Coordinate Induction programs for new employees
  • Creating Learning Passports as per designated learning path
  • Enrolling new employees into relevant employee learning programs
  • Provide Communications and Support to customers and employees resulting in a seamless experience for the consumer.
  • Manage training confirmations and communications
  • Respond to customer learning enquiries in a prompt manner
  • Record all communications into CRM as per process
  • Assist any learners experiencing difficulty adding content.
  • Manage Knowledgebase Update Requests
  • Escalate enquiries and disputes to relevant SME or Learning and Education Manager Action Reschedules and cancellations
  • Has at least 1 year experience in Training and/or Development
