US Real Estate Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of US Real Estate and Property Management processes and technology. Candidates must have the willingness to learn and work as part of a team. You will need great English communication skills, both written and verbal. Work hours are aligned to US time zones (night shift).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Continuous learning of industry regulations and processes to ensure staff compliance
  • Document Client policies, processes and procedures
  • Translate Client documentation to training materials
  • Coordinate training sessions and abide by and the training checklists
  • Improve internal processes and checklist as necessary
  • Plan, prepare and train staff in US real estate sales and property administration
  • Create engaging training materials for software tools and processes.
  • Determine best instructional method for each training topic and assess participants on the learning progress.  
  • Coach participants as needed in the duration of the training and nesting period
  • Evaluate whether participants are competent
  • Manage and update the participants’ records
  • Make recommendations for improvement
  • Implement Company policies and procedures while staff is on training class
  • Liaise with the Team Leader and existing trainers for any necessary process calibration and submit required reportings
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in US Real Estate Sales and / or Property Management environment.
  • Experience in a BPO industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Background in training design and delivery.
  • Proven ability to be a high achiever in a customer service environment.
  • A passion for training Administrative Assistants and Customer Service Agents.
  • A high level of personal presentation.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of US business culture.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite.
  • Ability to learn new systems and online tools.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Must be willing to work in the night shift.
