Take responsibility for establishing working relationships with each customer.

Business Development Manager or Account Manager Duties:

  • Support the business development team to secure contract
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements
  • Appropriately match any support material, product or qualification to the client business needs
  • Complete accurate documentation so all staff are aware of a client’s bespoke requirements
  • Attend trade and promotional events delivering presentations where required
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight if required

  • Ideally account management or similar experience
  • Ability to motivate, manage and lead a team
