Online Chat Support Responsibilities:
Responsible for welcoming website visitors and asking them if they need any help or assistance. More than just driving the conversation toward a defined resolution, you are an expert in having meaningful conversations with customers. You can also help drive leads, convert and retain.

Online Chat Support Duties:

  • Converse via social media (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) private messages and/or posts
  • Answer questions from traffic generated from the website via chat in real-time
  • Actively read customer queries or concerns, analyse and address accordingly

Online Chat Support Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer Service skills
  • Great Analytic and Problem Solving skills
  • Can stay calm while working under pressure
  • Computer and internet savvy
