Outbound Agent Responsibilities:
Approaching existing and prospective customers, to present, promote and sell.

Outbound Agent Duties:

  • Working with existing customers to find out how they can benefit from new solutions, creating offers by establishing their needs and ensure a smooth on-boarding process
  • Maintaining positive business relationships
  • Achieving assigned sales targets and outcomes within established time lines
  • Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring our customers’ privacy as per GDPR regulations

Outbound Agent Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (inc. fluency in Maltese & English language)
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Proven work experience in a telesales environment is considered as an asset
